Contact us today for a consultation to determine what service you require. Our services include placements of a Nursing Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Companion Care, or Licensed or Registered Nurse contingent on the care that your loved one requires.
Our care providers are vetted through an intensive interviewing process, which requires a reference and background check. Along with an investigation into any criminal history especially in the abuse of an elderly which we are vehemently against! We understand that it is not easy to open your home to a stranger, which is why we assure you that each person has met our “good citizen” requirements. In addition, we know that not everyone will connect with your loved one on a personality level. We will replace up to a maximum of two care providers free of charge until we find someone that your loved one feels happy and comfortable within their home.
Creative and Holistic Aging Service is unique from most home care agencies in the district because our commitment is ensuring that you receive the best experienced and qualified care provider that you deserve which is why I do not charge an overhead fee for my services. The majority of the cost goes directly to YOUR care provider. My agency is the liaison between the care provider, the family, and your loved one thus my mission and goal is to be your healthcare advocate, championing for you and your loved one to receive the best optimal healthcare and wellness care.
